What you can add: Consistently organise and deliver individualised patient care, ensuring patient physical, social and psychological needs are met Liaise with a multidisciplinary approach to care in collaboration with carers, health care professionals and other agencies Recognise the significance of observations made, and use them to develop and initiate nursing assessments and devise a plan of care. Recognise the signs of deterioration and take action as required without delay Manage clinical emergencies, ensuring that he/she is up to date with hospital life support The role will involve, but not limited to you performing the above. What youll need as qualification/experience: A minimum of 6 months paid employment as a Band 5 Registered Nurse with crit care edperience in a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines Undertake regular mandatory training* *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
