Scheduling engineers, logging jobs on the CRM system Your new company My client is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with a can - do attitude to join their team as a customer service administrator. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the continuity of customer care and support for the organisation's customer and client base. You will be assisting the service team and manager with overseeing administrative support, engineering staff and other business areas to maintain high standards of customer care. Your new role Schedule engineers effectively and timely First line of communication for all customers, ensuring customer support levels meet agreed contract standards Escalate customer complaints as needed Log reactive calls and coordinate engineer's jobs daily Monitor engineer attendance Ensure all calls are handled quickly and efficiently What you'll need to succeed Scheduling / Planning experience is desirable or experience within a similar role.
