My client is an award-winning signage production company, looking for an experienced PRODUCTION MANAGER to join their team. This role is suitable to anyone within the Signage industry, looking for a new exciting opportunity with a successful signage company.
Job Role
The position of Production Manager is fundamental to the smooth and efficient running of the complete manufacturing operation. The Production Manager will display excellent communication and leaderships skills, ensuring all factory staff are enthused to carry out their daily duties.
The role involves liaising with the Purchasing Manager, Head of Projects and Operations and all department supervisors to ensure all projects are completed on time, in line with the schedule, while also monitoring quality of each element produced. Health and Safety is a priority in the workplace, so close monitoring of workplace practices is paramount. A general knowledge of most practices is expected, to provide the relevant support to all departments, along with the flexibility to assist and support all production departments and employees when required.

Minimum Requirements
* Signage Production Management experience (Min 5 years)
* Leadership and staff management experience
* Production management, planning & scheduling experience
* Experience in a similar environment - Signage, Large Format Graphics etc…
* Be in a commutable distance to Ashford
