We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to work 4 days per week within an Educational environment in South West London. Days and hours are flexible.
The main duties of this role will be supporting the HR team and responsibilities will include the following:-
General HR Administration:
* To support the HR Manager with payroll matters for starters, leavers and contract variations.
* To produce management information as required, including statistical data for absence and payroll.
* To complete risk assessments for staff, agency staff, work experience and contractors as required.
* To ensure the compliant production, retention and disposal of all HR records and information, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
You ideally will have worked within a HR team previously, and have good all round Administration skills along with very good IT abilities. You will have excellent communication abilities and be reliable and conscientious.
