Our Deal Advisory Tax work includes advising on the entire deal spectrum, from vendor assist, refinancing, due diligence, to buy-side structuring. We focus on understanding historical tax issues and structuring transactions to maximize value throughout the investment cycle, often involving multiple countries and taxes.
Our tax advisory services support clients with business and fiscal changes, including new jurisdiction entry, new business development, reorganizations, refinancing, leasing, windfall taxes, and global fiscal changes like BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2.
