About This Role London Longevity Clinic is dedicated to providing world-class, personalised healthcare solutions aimed at enhancing our clients' wellness, vitality, and longevity. We are looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about promoting health and wellness, driven to meet sales targets, and skilled in building lasting relationships with a high-net-worth clientele. This role will focus on driving patient acquisition, retaining existing clients, and ensuring an exceptional experience from the first interaction. Key Responsibilities: · - Client Acquisition: Develop strategies and action plans to attract new clients to the clinic. Understand and identify prospective clients' needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their wellness goals. · - Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser on the clinic’s offerings. Focus on delivering a luxury service experience. · - Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to consultations, follow-up, and closing sales. Utilise CRM tools to track interactions and measure outcomes. · - Product Knowledge: Attain an in-depth understanding of the clinic’s services, including advanced health assessments, personalised treatment plans, aesthetic enhancements, and wellness programmes, to communicate effectively with clients. · - Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement by promoting additional services aligned with their health goals, maximising clinic revenue. · - Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in health, wellness, and longevity services. Identify and suggest potential areas for new service offerings or enhancements. · - Events and Networking: Represent the clinic at industry events, wellness expos, and exclusive gatherings to build brand presence and generate leads within high-net-worth networks. Qualifications: · - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field · - Proven experience in sales, particularly within luxury healthcare, wellness, or high-end service industries · - Strong understanding of the healthcare and wellness market, particularly as it pertains to high-net-worth clients · - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · - A passion for health, wellness, and longevity, with the ability to communicate this passion to clients Compensation and Benefits: · - Salary: £45,000 per annum(negotiable depending on experience) · - Commission: Available under Terms and Conditions · - Onsite gym, 5% employer’s pension contribution
