We are looking for an experienced Materials Control Supervisor for our head office site in Nottingham. Reporting to the Materials Control Shift Manager, this vital role is responsible for ensuring that our production teams have the materials they need to deliver their agreed plans on time, in full.
The Materials Control Supervisor will oversee and optimise all areas of Materials Control operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accuracy in processing and stock management, alongside total adherence to health and safety. You will be responsible for directing and motivating a team of up to 10 colleagues, maintaining high standards to meet customer needs and effectively ensuring that service is never compromised. You will ensure effective performance supervision & reviews with your team by assigning objectives and providing regular, constructive feedback.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who manages with integrity, approaches challenges with humility, and embodies the self-belief to drive positive change. You will lead by example to promote a culture of collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvement.

Other Essential Information
This role is a 39hr contract. Working 8 hours per day Monday to Thursday and 7 hours on Friday.
