As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior People Partner to join our team.
What does this role involve?
As a Junior People Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing our workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
You will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to employees and managers across the group. You will foster positive employee relations, manage ER cases, ensuring there is a fair and consistent approach to policies and procedures. You will play a key role in analysing data to identify trends, improve employee engagement, and support organisational development.
Working collaboratively with various departments, you will help to implement initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
Who are we looking for?
As an agile organisation, being flexible is key to managing various tasks and projects effectively. Therefore, you will have experience adapting to change and be able to handle multiple priorities.
Your previous experience in managing ER casework will enable you to conduct investigations and resolve conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to policies and procedures.
Your analytical skills will allow you to understand data, identify trends, and provide insights to help improve data-driven decisions, which supports the company’s strategic objectives.
Your effective communication and interpersonal style will enable you to communicate with people at all levels and handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
