Strategic Account Director
PIB Group is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join our Market Management Team. Working closely with the Group Market Management Director, you will be responsible for managing key insurer relationships across all divisions, driving strategic engagement, and delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day relationships with a panel of insurers.
* Develop and implement strategy for each insurer relationship.
* Use data and insights to inform decision-making and planning.
* Maintain a strong market presence and internal network.
* Monitor performance trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting processes are maintained.
* Support insurer business reviews and produce monthly reporting packs.
* Represent PIB Group at external events when required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of the UK insurance market (London/Lloyd’s a plus).
* Commercially minded with a track record of delivery and relationship management.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently and collaboratively.
* Experience with Power BI is desirable but not essential.
