What you will be doing: Interpret instructions from the repair order, complying with repair instructions and stipulated settings and tolerances and complete diagnostics, inspections, repairs and services to vehicles. Carry out road tests and sign off all the necessary warranty repairs Record work done and tests carried out, reporting on additional work required. Liaise with other departments to complete the repair Support customers on technical/product matters Keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and commercial developments Undertake MOTs and re-test, working within the DVSA framework What we need from you: A full UK driving licence Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a minimum 2 year’s experience as a qualified technician MOT licence (desirable) Able to achieve high productivity, and efficiency and be customer-focused A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills In October 2024 we were awarded the respected AutoTrader New Car Retailer of the Year, something we are immensely proud of achieving.
