Regional Sales Manager – East Anglia & Northern Home Counties

We are supporting a market-leading manufacturer within the bathroom furniture industry that's poised for huge growth. This role offers a unique chance to play a pivotal part in growing the accounts, revenue and and new business over the next 12-24 months.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to grow, service, and manage retail and trade accounts, buying groups, retail showrooms, and trade merchants. This role involves creating demand, building strong customer relationships, and positioning the company as the go-to solutions partner in the market. You will be managing an active client base, developing and building relationships to strengthen the partnership whilst also looking for growth opportunities within the region to take more market share.
Work closely with buying groups, securing direct deals and building strong, long-term partnerships.
Actively participate in the industry shows, like KBB, Installer Show Live, and Screwfix, etc, to promote the brand and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Management: Drive sales growth across East Anglia & Northern Home Counties - Postcodes are OX, NN, MK, LU, HP, AL, SG, CB, CM, CO, IP, NR
* Customer Training: Deliver tailored training plans to develop and secure brand advocates within customer accounts.
* Account Development: Work closely with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business.
* Sales Initiatives: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth targets and sales cycles.
* Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and drive revenue.
* Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships across key channels, working collaboratively with all internal teams.
