Temporary Office Administrator – Adobe & Admin Support Location: Ivybridge Pay: £13 - £15 per hour (DOE) Dates: Monday, 24th March – Friday, 28th March Monday, 31st March – Thursday, 3rd April Further dates in April TBCRole Overview: We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator with strong Adobe Pro DC and Microsoft Office skills to support our clients team on a short-term basis. The main focus of this role is compiling, editing, and redacting PDF documents, alongside general office administration. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Adobe Pro DC work – Creating PDF booklets, bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting sensitive information from medical records. ✔ Administrative support – Downloading, printing, and scanning medical records. ✔ General office duties – Assisting with stationery management, answering calls, unpacking supplies, and maintaining office areas. Essential Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Pro DC – including bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting documents. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with case management systems is beneficial but not essential.
