Job Title: Procurement Officer
Contract: 37 hours per week - Fixed until 31/08/2025
Salary: Grade F £38,419 - £40,989
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our supportive and talented team at The Cabot Learning Federation. CLF is a mature Multi-Academy Trust in the Southwest of England that promotes the delivery of excellent educational experiences for our pupils, improving their life chances.

What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Deputy Finance Director, the Procurement Officer will deliver effective and compliant procurement processes and advice across the federation. They will coordinate and administer the CLF’s procurement function, ensuring central procurements are delivered in an organised and timely manner. The role involves achieving best value, reducing risk exposure, and improving service delivery to staff and students. The Procurement Officer will support the successful implementation of procured services and ensure reporting and disclosure requirements are met. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to fulfil the role's requirements and contribute positively to the finance function within the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement issues.
* Manage procurement processes and prepare relevant documentation.
* Collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major projects.
* Analyse and prioritise work plans for potential savings and procurement activities.
