Account Manager - Campaign Delivery
Location - Nottingham - Hybrid working offered after training
We are looking for an Account Manager to work across print campaigns for a leading Nottingham based retail brand. Working alongside our clients' marketing teams, you will be responsible for delivering printed point-of-sale campaigns UK wide.
Responsibilities:
1. Working directly with the clients' marketing teams taking marketing briefs.
2. Managing stakeholders including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution.
3. Ensuring briefs are created and delivered to our production teams on time.
4. Providing outstanding customer service, updating, and dealing with clients' queries, and conducting regular team meetings.
5. Using management information systems to facilitate workflow and transfer of information between client and production.
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in Account Management and developing customer relationships.
2. Excellent computer skills including good knowledge of Excel.
3. Experience taking detailed marketing briefs and delivery.
4. Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution would be advantageous.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
