Implementation Analyst (Insurance) Up to £52,000 per annum dependent on experience FTC Until End of March 2026 London Hybrid Here at Saga, we are looking for a new Implementation Analyst to join Saga Insurance. Following Saga’s recent announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, you will be responsible for providing business analysis across the business and working with the Implementation team and wider delivery teams to define Schedule of Event and management thereof during implementation events. Reporting to the implementation manager you will form a key part as part of implementation Go/No Go decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent business analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The Implementation Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their go live runbook, amalgamate them into on coherent runbook. Other responsibilities will include: Defining of key decision points throughout a cutover event Defining KDPs (key decision points) as part of a cutover event Capturing, interpreting, and translating business requirements from change owners and subject matter experts and turning that into acceptance criteria for user stories. Analysing business data to identify trends and opportunities as part of continuous improvement Facilitating effective workshops and meetings by asking the right questions to draw out requirements and solutions Business process engineering with efficiency and lean disciplines for approved change Reporting and tracking progress across my assigned projects, identifying and escalating any blockers hindering progress where necessary Evaluating multiple options before helping the project team settle on a solution, recommending ways to tackle a task where relevant Identifying system and operational process gaps, pro-actively raising these to the relevant department and support in the creation of their change requests Maintaining knowledge of the project and change lifecycles Ensuring swift progress across multiple concurrent projects though organisation and time management skills, whilst being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads. Demonstrating and maintaining a logical approach to problem solving Supporting Project Managers and Scrum Teams within Change where additional analysis is required Effectively manage stakeholder expectations around scope and delivery Liaising with other departments, representing the Change Management Team Ensuring actions, risks, issues, and decisions are logged against appropriate change items in accordance with the best practice requirements of Change Management The Ideal Candidate You will have proven experience in creating and managing a schedule of events/runbook in a large-scale migration project/programme. While experience within the Insurance industry isn't essential, it would be of advantage. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Proven experience of good communication at various levels Shown curiosity and being naturally inquisitive and happy to provide challenge where necessary Good working knowledge of Business Analyst Practices or have transferrable skills that could be used.
