Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of Technicians, ensuring compliance across sites, workload scheduling, health & safety, compliance, and KPI management.
This role will be based at: Cameron Barracks, Inverness, Scotland, IV2 3XE
Travel required: This regional role covers multiple sites in the Highlands, requiring occasional travel within North Scotland. Expenses will be covered.
Main Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance, attendance, and welfare standards.
* Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Oversee and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets legal and safety standards, including CDM, Building Regulations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth maintenance delivery.
* Contractor & Budget Management: Manage contractors, evaluate quotes, and control budgets.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using IT and paper systems.
The Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of property maintenance and estate management
* Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience
* Understanding of health & safety regulations (COSHH, CDM, risk assessments)
* Experience working with contractors
* Leadership and workforce planning skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Budget management skills
* IT proficiency, especially Excel and CAFAM systems
* Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rota
* A full UK driving license is essential
