We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Sales Ledger:
* Raising and posting invoices.
* Factoring debtors to outsourced credit control provider.
* Matching receipts.
* Reconciliation and allocations.
2. Purchase Ledger:
* Processing purchase invoices for approval.
* Processing credit card purchases.
* Weekly processing of purchase ledger payments.
* Reconciliation and allocations.
3. Month End Process:
* Producing the management accounts in a timely manner.
4. Bank:
* Daily bank reconciliations.
* Managing treasury deposits.
5. Payroll:
* Resolving payroll anomalies for hourly staff.
* Compiling monthly payroll adjustments for outsourced payroll bureau.
* Generating the monthly payroll journal.
