Effective communication, both written and spoken, both within the small close-knit team but also with customers and third-party suppliers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel). Focussing on attention to detail and operating within a high level of accuracy when under pressure. Flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines.
