A Regional HR Advisor you will be reporting into the HR Business Partner responsible for Talent/Resourcing/HR across 9 sites approx 2000 employees.
This role can be based at any of the following sites: Prescott, Knutsford, Chorley, Durham

Description
Reporting into the HR Business Partner for the North Region of approx 2000 employees.
You will be the ‘Go To’ person for that region for all things recruitment, Talent as well as supporting the HRBP.
Partnering with the Manager’s across 9 sites for all white collar recruitment.
Talent attraction, advertising vacancies, working with the hiring manager on the recruitment campaign.
Tracking and supporting all recruitments.
Arranging interviews, right to work, candidate onboarding into the business.
HRIS, Excel spreadsheets, filters, Vlook Ups.
Managing/onboarding apprenticeships.
Employee engagement projects.
Supporting with HR policies, procedures.
HRMI/Data – absence management, attrition.
Profile
A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:
1. CIPD qualification, working towards or desire to learn.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
5. A strategic mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
6. Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
