Salary: Da2 - £32,349.56 - £35,164.14 Location: Birmingham, Cardiff or Leeds Job Summary It’s an exciting time to join the Communications, Engagement, and Impact Team at the Legal Ombudsman (LeO). As an Insight and Engagement Officer, you will have the opportunity to play a diverse part in delivering LeO’s strategic ambition that LeO’s independent voice and experience lead to improvements in legal services. At a pivotal time for the Legal Ombudsman, this is a key appointment to a new role in LeO’s expanding Communications, Engagement, and Impact team. Role Purpose You will play a key part in delivering LeO’s ambitions for its impact – ensuring its independent voice and experience help drive improvements in legal services. You will contribute flexibly across LeO’s programme of activities in this space – helping ensure we deliver a full and coherent programme that builds our profile and our impact. In doing so, you will work effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure a collaborative approach to the achievement of LeO’s overall Strategic and Business Plan objectives, in particular its ambitions around LeO’s impact. You will be a role-model and share a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and continuous improvement.
