Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Kempston, Bedford.
Salary: Basic Salary £20,000 + bonus/Commission – £40,000 – £50,000 OTE (uncapped) + Company Car
Hours: Full Time and Permanent working 5.5 days a week on Average.
Our client is a forward-thinking company working with 14 brands across 6 locations. They are actively recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for their Multi-Brand Kempston dealership. Previous experience in Car Sales is preferred, but we can consider people with face-to-face sales experience in other sectors who are keen to work in the Automotive sector.
You will need to be a ‘people person’, someone who loves talking to people to establish their needs and present the solution. You’ll be confident, enthusiastic, keen to learn, willing to work hard, and great at customer service. You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. Our client will invest in you to ensure that you maximize your potential and provide the tools to grow your ability. About You:
You will be polite, articulate, and exceptionally well presented, to meet and exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will embrace all training provided to succeed in your role. You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bedford and have a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
Responsibilities:
Many of the Sales Executive positions involve:
1. Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact about the products.
2. Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
3. Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
4. Providing exceptional customer service.
5. Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
Job Requirements:
Our client expects their new Sales Executives to demonstrate some skills that will prove beneficial in the position, including:
1. Customer service.
2. Negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Full driving license.
The role comes with a basic salary of £20,000 with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £40,000 – £50,000 (uncapped).
