As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to drive sales and improve efficiency.

About the Role:
* Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and budget control
* Supervise and train a team of catering staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation
* Develop and implement action plans to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food experiences
* Experience of managing teams and budgets
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum. Please note that salaries may vary depending on location and experience.
