End Point Assessor\n\nFor Adult Care\n\nPermanent role\n\nHome based. Mostly remote as managing your own diary and then some visits when needed to see the learners\n\nLooking for people who can travel to either Preston, Blackburn or Liverpool when needed to see the learners in person.\n\nFull time Monday to Friday\n\nMonday to Friday 9am to 530pm (is flexibility) 45 mins lunch\n\nEquipment is provided, a laptop, mobile, headsets etc.\n\nJob role\n\nCarrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards\n\nMust have either end point assessing experience or worked as an assessor for Adult Care or Health and social care to adults and as part of the role assisting them and preparing them for end point assessments\n\nConducing these online\n\nCan visit in the workplace on the odd occasion and be local to home – expenses paid\n\nPlanning meetings with apprentices and employers online\n\nAgreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window\n\nMarking in line with grading criteria for the apprenticeship standard and confirming each element has been completed\n\nDetermine the overall grade for the apprentice based on the combination of performance in all assessment activities\n\nParticipate in standardization and training activities\n\nFull induction is given 2 days remote and 3.5 days away in person – all paid for\n\nEssential requirements for the role\n\nMust be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 or CAVA\n\nMust have been either an end point assessor or an assessor in Adult Care Level 2- 5\n\nMust have experience within Adult Care at care management level 5 or worked in an adult care home in the past\n\nMust have access to a vehicle and be able to drive\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n25 days' holiday rising with service and your birthday off.\n\nHoliday purchase scheme for those life changing trips and moments.\n\nEnhanced Pension\n\nGroup Life Assurance – 3 x Annual salary\n\nUnlimited access to six Smart Health services including a 24/7 virtual GP\n\nHealth Cash Plan\n\nAccess to curated wellbeing content and our Employee Assistance Program\n\nEnhanced sick pay\n\nEnhanced Maternity/Shared Parental and Adoption packages leave\n\nA reward program and recognition program and annual awards event\n\nSalary to £33,112 per annum dependent on experience
