What would a typical day look like for you?
We are recruiting for Senior Business Managers, where you will have the opportunity to develop and manage relationships within a complex portfolio of Business customers, aiming to develop income growth through tailored solutions meeting the needs of customers.
You’ll be proactive in the acquisition of new profitable customer relationships, developing and maintaining a high profile within the local market. You will also ensure the achievement of targets as well as delivery of comprehensive customer service whilst managing credit risk profiles and asset quality of the portfolio of business lending.
Your skills:
* Be an experienced business lender with a recent track record of managing a portfolio of complex Business customers and of acquiring profitable new business banking customers.
* Be experienced in successfully developing relationships with industry referral partners across the province, resulting in the acquisition of new profitable customer relationships.
* Have strong knowledge of specialist products and services offered in the Banking sector.
* Have sound understanding of a variety of business sectors and appropriate financing needs.
* Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences leading to excellent customer satisfaction scores.
