About Our Client
We represent a well-established100-year-old family owned, fourth generation business in the manufacturing sector seeking a Marketing Administrator to join the team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a medium-sized organisation with a reputation for innovation and quality within their market.
Job Description
* Performing data entry, including updating records and databases.
* Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
* Managing correspondence, including phone calls, e-mails, letters, parcels and samples.
* Organising meetings/appointments and overseeing catering for company meetings.
* Taking images and video for social media content creation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Administrator should have:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Previous administration experience
* Good knowledge of IT system including Microsoft Office
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexible with an ability to identify and manage priorities
* Confident, courteous & professional
* Good communication skills and people skills essential
* Interest in and understanding of social media channels
