We're currently seeking an experienced Ames Taper to join our team on a busy construction project in Prestwick. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable individual to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor.
Role Responsibilities:
* Carrying out high-quality taping and jointing of plasterboard surfaces
* Preparing walls and ceilings for final decoration
* Ensuring a clean, smooth finish ready for painting
* Working to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
* Collaborating with other trades on-site as part of a professional team
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Ames Taper
* Own tools and PPE
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to read and work from drawings
* CSCS card preferred (but not always essential depending on the site)
