Role Overview: Field Marketing at KX is the critical connection point between marketing and sales, ensuring sales is aware of and bought into the broad marketing plan. The Regional Field Marketing Teams develop regionally focused marketing plans which include events as well as other regional tactics to drive awareness, lead-generation and pipeline. We are looking for an experienced, results-focused, energetic, Field Marketing Manager to drive our regional marketing plans for the Americas to meet our ambitious growth goals. The Field Marketing Manager works closely with the regional sales leaders to understand and collaborate on priorities. You will work closely with the global marketing teams to develop and execute a regional marketing plan that supports/enables achievement of the pipeline and ACV targets. You will own defining and executing the optimal mix of events and regional tactical programs in alignment with the global product and marcoms strategies. The Field Marketing Manager be the marketing representative to the reginal sales teams to ensure awareness and understanding of the full marketing plans. You will own the budget and work with Marketing Ops to understand and report on the impact and return on investment of the regional programs. This role will be a key member in the execution of field marketing activities, ensuring program assets are developed, projects are executed on time, key data metrics are updated, and issues are resolved. Key Responsibilities: Understand the Product strategy, market opportunity and competitive landscape to build effective regional Field Marketing plans that support regional goals for leads, pipeline and ACV Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to create and gain alignment for go-to-market (GTM) plans with a focus on physical and digital events in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives Proven track record of creating and executing multi-channel integrated regional marketing programs including events Ability to initiate and execute multiple marketing programs simultaneously and ensure sales engagement during and after for effective follow up Experience creating and reporting on events using Salesforce to measure, analyze and report the results of field marketing activities, and continually refine and optimize programs for successful ROI Research and present new and creative event and virtual experience and program ideas Lead communication with sales teams on marketing activities to ensure they are aware and can leverage programs and collateral Work collaboratively with MarComs team to ensure sales are aware of/ready for global campaigns Participate on regular regional sales regional pipeline calls and represent the impact field marketing is having on targets Participate in regional sales team meetings Requirements: 5-10 years proven experience in B2B technology field marketing roles – Enterprise SaaS/Software experience preferable Proven experience in building highly effective working relationships across all business functions, especially with focus on field sales and global marketing teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write internal communications, email marketing, and social media content Strong analytic skills and able to demonstrate impact/ROI of investments Experience using marketing automation technology, social media platforms, and CRM - preferably Pardot and Salesforce Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management abilities Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment Location & Workplace Type: This position takes on a Hybrid working model based in London, England Why Choose KX Data Driven: We lead with instinct and follow fact.
