Job role :
Principally this is an invaluable support role to the Store Manager to ensure all best trading protocols are implemented in accordance with company guidelines
The mission is to strive to improve the stores customer service experience and operational slickness.
Your presence is needed to plan & execute sales activities, so as to maintain, develop & maximise sales.
Team management & motivation will be key alongside the ability to assign appropriate workloads for your colleagues.
In-store standards such as visual merchandising and encouraging staff to embrace relevant training be it industry, in -house I.T or product related to what they are required to sell.
Operating the store safely is an evergreen priority, be it ensuring safe service in-store or indeed wider H&S risks that need constant evaluation & review.
A real thirst for sales analysis and taking the initiative to instigate in-store pro-active localised marketing will always be at the forefront of such a job holders mind.
Communication has to always flow constructively forward to your Store lead across to HQ as well as your branch team.
The dream is really to ensure that the leadership direction, authority and knowledge is ever present – regardless of the personnel on site .
Requirements :
Possess experience of leading colleaugues with everyday tasks within a retail setting that is pitched to welcome, excite and thrill visiting customers to then commit to purchase.
Be competent in Microsoft office, able to utilise a till system and particular understanding of Bransom software would be useful.
An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company .
Have an abundance of can-do positivity able to wash across to all in-situ inspiring best performances & setting the tone to reach for the skies & perform similarly with ambition, honesty and integrity .
