Job Description
The Regional Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance teams in the Humber region, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
This role requires experience in managing safe systems of work, permit control, risk assessments, and method statements. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of team management, including on-site and remote workers.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Regional Maintenance Manager is required, preferably on a top-tier COMAH site.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company expectations, policies, procedures, and guidance.
* Implement and maintain maintenance KPI's and metrics to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with peers to develop risk-assessed, phased CAPEX funding requests for the Engineering and Project Teams.
