Court of Protection Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Manchester, to c£75,000, extensive benefits including flexible working. COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR: This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector. They are looking to appoint an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team managing Finance and Property deputyship files. You will be advising clients, families, carers, and support teams on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court.
The successful Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE handling complex professional deputyship work, drafting Expert Witness Statements, advising on Powers of Attorney, and investigating financial abuse. You will have a proven track record in making decisions on behalf of your clients and be able to demonstrate knowledge of funding options and welfare issues. It is also essential that you are able to supervise junior colleagues.
