This role offers the perfect opportunity to manage exam processes, student data, and school operations on a temporary basis, with the chance to explore if the school is the right fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee exam administration, including registrations, timetabling, and invigilation. Organise and coordinate the scheduling and timetabling of exams in line with exam board regulations. Ensure accurate registration of candidates and secure management of exam entries. Liaise with exam boards, school staff, and invigilators to ensure efficient exam delivery. Ensure accurate student data management through MIS systems (e.g., Arbor). Manage and maintain the secure storage of exam materials, including question papers and scripts. Recruit, train, and manage a team of invigilators to support exam sessions. Ensure all exam arrangements are inclusive and meet the needs of students with special requirements. Process and distribute results, ensuring compliance with data protection policies. Work with staff, students, and external organisations to ensure smooth exam operations. Maintain compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in exam or data administration, ideally within an educational setting. Proficiency in MIS systems, including Arbor, and Microsoft Office.
