Role Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with a passion for recruitment to join our team. This role involves leading the entire talent acquisition and onboarding process from start to finish. The successful candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, working with urgency and drive to achieve outcomes. A background in sales and a high level of task motivation will be advantageous.
We recruit frontline staff and management for various care settings, a diverse range of head office staff, and self-employed foster carers, all of whom are critical to our business growth and the delivery of exceptional service and support to our customers.
Skills / Qualifications
* Recruiting skills - Previous experience of running a temporary casual workforce desk preferably in the healthcare sector (Weekly candidate numbers of 70 plus)
* Experience of timesheet processing and management
* Consulting and Communication skills
* Experience in interviewing candidates and maintaining relationships
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
