Responsibilities and duties: Organize office operations and procedures. Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. Booking transport and accommodation. Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Provide general support to visitors. Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations. Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are well organized. Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees. Organizing company events or conferences. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Support other internal departments when need Experience: 5–10 years in office management or a similar role. Experience liaising with C-suite and senior-level professionals.Skills & Attributes: Proactive and independent. Strong communicator (preferably with construction or supply chain exposure). Reasonably entrepreneurial and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Approachable with a good sense of humor; doesn't take themselves too seriously.Responsibilities: Manage office operations independently.
