Are you an experienced Interim HR Systems Project Manager looking for your next challenge?
The implementation of a new HRIS and outsourced payroll management will be a transformational journey for the G’s UK business and will be a fundamental driver towards achieving our 2030 strategy. We are looking for an interim HR Systems Project Manager to lead on the implementation phase of the project.
You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of the HRIS and outsourced payroll.
The role will also focus on our HR processes transformation, challenging why we do things, what we can do differently, what we can stop, how we can mitigate risk and how we can utilise technology more effectively, with the focus on providing best in class HR offering.
Our ideal candidate will be a Change/Transformation expert with proven experience in managing HR system implementations and ideally experience with outsourcing payroll. They will have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, including core HR, payroll and recruitment.
We’re looking for an individual who is highly organised with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Working location: Barway, Ely – hybrid working arrangements.
