Executive Customer Service Advisor
Our client is looking for an Executive Customer Service Advisor located in Watford, to join a busy department with great incentives and a fun place to work.
You will be supporting the operation/customer function and your duties will include speaking with customers, providing advice, reviewing customer accounts, assessing any risk, liaising with other departments to support customer enquiries, following company processes, supporting the team, meeting targets, and performing day-to-day administration duties.
We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, people skills, decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, organization, a quick learning ability, and IT skills.
Your package is £26k to £29k depending on experience, permanent, full-time, with great training and development, free parking, hybrid work, and great benefits.
