Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
o Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
o Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure high standards of hygiene.
o Change bed linens and make beds.
2. Laundry Duties:
o Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and clothing.
o Ensure all laundry is handled efficiently and returned to the appropriate locations.
3. Waste Management:
o Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization in waste disposal areas.
4. Inventory Management:
o Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
o Ensure all equipment is used and stored correctly.
5. Health and Safety:
o Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
o Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents to the appropriate personnel immediately.
6. Customer Service:
o Interact professionally with clients and staff.
o Respond to client requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable and trustworthy.
