The Role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for delivering a best in class, HR practice for our Europe and Asia Team. You will coach, advise and support individuals across all levels of the organisation to ensure we understand the needs of our people and deliver against business needs. This is a contract position, for an initial term of nine months with possibility of extension. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with the business to implement a range of effective and pro-active HR and ER solutions. Implement and educate the team on the corporate core values. Delivering across a range of HR practices such as employee relations, performance, employee engagement, and talent & leadership development. Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to recruit a varied portfolio of roles from entry level to senior management. Coaching managers and senior leaders within the region to build and develop leadership and people management capability. Delivering improvements in operational HR outcomes including attendance, diversity and inclusion, absence, engagement etc. Influencing, leading and partnering with the business, ensuring all business activities are carried out in accordance with local legislative requirements. Assisting with the development and project management of group wide HR projects or practices. Assisting the wider Talent team when required. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: As a people orientated organisation, candidates must demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture and our core values; Listen, Empower, Innovate and Accomplish. Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience; Knowledge and broad experience of HR, covering a breadth of activities, ideally from an HR generalist background. Experience of recruiting top tier candidates across multiple sectors within an agency, search firm or inhouse recruiting team; Demonstrable experience of partnering with and advising senior business stakeholders; Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence and negotiate; Excellent organisational and time management capability; A positive, solutions orientated approach to challenges; Good analytical skills and commercial awareness; ability to understand the needs of the business Strong team ethos and willingness to support those around you Computer literate; Desirable Relevant degree or CIPD Qualification Exposure to high growth environments through organic growth/acquisitions Additional Information Adhoc travel required across global offices.
