Job Title: Process Operator
Location: Trafford Park (M17)
Shifts: 2 Days (6:30am-19:00pm)/ 2 Nights (19:00pm-7am)/ 6-off shift pattern
(Additional overtime shifts are available during the 6 days off)
Pay Rate: £11.93 per hour; Overtime £17.90 (included paid break)

*** Shifts are 12 to 12.5 hours long ***
*** You have to work for 2 days and 2 nights and follow the 4-on-6-off pattern ***
Production Operative Role & Responsibilities;
* Work within Company's safety standards with a responsibility for others.
* Run the machine and watch the process and if necessary, adjust according to Company's Continuous Improvement Systems.
* Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required.
* Order and prepare raw materials /or products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine.
* Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
* Support others in operating activities.
* Secure the quality level of the products.
* Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
The Successful Candidate;
The right candidate must have a can-do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided from first day.
* Previous experience in working in FMCG industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive in using Health & Safety practices in your day to day work.
* Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting
* Paying attention to detail.
