Advise customers on export-related issues and procedures. Process and certify export documents, including Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Stay updated on export market trends and procedures. Work with internal teams, suppliers, embassies, and other stakeholders. Handle financial tasks like reconciling payments and managing cheque amounts. Keep detailed and accurate records using a CRM system. Guide customers to external resources when needed. The candidate Administrative and Customer Service experience Experience with exports not required. Proficient in using computers.
