Support Desk Co-Ordinator (SDC), Runcorn
The Support Desk Co-Ordinator (SDC) is responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers, ensuring the efficient use of logistical and field engineering resources. The SDC must maintain customer awareness and progress of nominated incidents and must be highly organized to manage their workload. A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role is required, along with flexibility to existing working processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent PC and telephone skills.
2. Maintain a clear thought process under pressure.
3. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
4. Effectively utilize logistics resources to meet cost targets.
5. Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution.
6. Report writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.

Salary: Negotiable aligned to experience.
