Role would have a team leader reporting into the who has approx 9 direct reports who are the customer and quality exec who log the defects.
The role is the manager position to ensure the TL and team log and complete all defects in the agreed timescales and work collaboratively with the construction teams escalate where needed for swift resolution.
Office based Tues/Wed/Thurs. Home working on Mon/Fr
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team of Customer Care & Quality Executives ensuring KPIs, objectives and targets are met
Work closely with Delivery Team to ensure contractors are being managed to complete works within the agreed timescales
Motivate, inspire, coach and develop individuals to achieve outstanding performance through personal leadership style and behaviour
Responsible for setting and documenting the handover Standards agreed in the Employer Requirements and working with Delivery to ensure these are met
Represent the customer to ensure Benchmark Snagging to ensure a high quality of home for our customers
Ensure customer queries are logged and responded to within the agreed SLA's
