We’re recruiting for a Senior Account Manager in an exciting, dynamic company with plenty of progression opportunities for the right candidate. If successful, you will be responsible for developing positive revenue and margin growth through planning and execution of the agreed sales strategy, as well as developing and managing client relationships while professionally representing the brand.
You will be responsible for the North of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager:
* Representing the company professionally, in keeping with established company values and principles.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Developing new business and initiatives to achieve agreed financial and sales objectives.
* Contributing to the delivery of agreed business objectives.
* Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives, and developing new account sales.
* Maintaining an exceptional customer service focus in creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
* Preparing monthly sales reports and forecasts.
* Contributing towards marketing projects and initiatives.
* Managing sales process and pipeline, and carrying out market and client investigation.
Essential Skills for a Senior Account Manager:
* A proven performance record and legacy in sales and account management.
* Ability to create, develop, and maintain relationships by demonstrating listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Track record of building, developing, and maintaining national accounts relationships at a senior level.
* Natural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and good relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
* Ability to contribute to a team environment and demonstrate strong initiative while working independently.
* Good computer skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
