Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver and collect clients’ information to and from multiple locations across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of security and accuracy through full use of the computer systems available.
2. Ensure data is not compromised at any time and that security is a priority, maintaining the chain of custody.
3. Offer ‘best in class’ service to the customer at all times.
4. Follow scheduled routes to deliver and collect data, adhering to service delivery times.
5. Manually lift large amounts of data (boxed/packaged/bagged) in a safe and secure manner.
6. Fulfill driver responsibilities, including vehicle presentation and maintenance, refueling, vehicle cleanliness (inside and out), vehicle checks, defect procedures, and safe and fuel-efficient driving while complying with traffic legislation.
7. Ensure that all Iron Mountain processes are completed concisely and in full, including obtaining appropriate customer signatures, completing and signing daily logs, and completing vehicle inspection checklists.
8. Comply with EU and/or domestic drivers’ hours legislation applicable to the vehicle.
9. Fully comply with company policy and procedures for Health & Safety, security, and accident prevention.
10. Adhere to Iron Mountain's “Drivers Code Of Conduct.”
