Customer Service and Engagement Advisor - Environmental Sector
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a team as a Customer Service and Engagement Advisor. In this role, you will manage a variety of customer enquiries while supporting internal teams in proactively engaging with partners and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by handling incoming enquiries via email, telephone, and letter.
Manage and respond to customer enquiries, including Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, within statutory timeframes.
Gather and record accurate information in the tracking database.
Coordinate and manage shared inboxes.
Handle general enquiries and proactively engage with customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in customer service, including handling enquiries and data requests.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with customers and colleagues.
Good IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
