Marketing, Design & Communications Specialist - Marketing Manager
To provide administrative support to the construction team, including the Construction Director, Contract Managers, Site Managers and Assistants. A significant aspect of this position is ensuring compliance by gathering and managing all necessary certifications for both completed and active sites. You will be responsible for compiling these documents to facilitate seamless property handovers to housing associations and management companies. Additionally, key duties include scheduling and tracking training for site staff, logging any onsite incidents or accidents, and ensuring that PPE supplies are adequately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to Construction Director & two Contracts Managers.
2. Assist in the management of the Construction Director’s diary.
3. Provide administrative support to Site Managers.
4. Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager.
5. Update and issue weekly progress reports.
6. Update and issue build programmes when required.
7. Issue weekly hand-in memos.
8. Efficiently manage various email inboxes for the Construction department.
9. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all compliance certificates are received and record progress.
10. Collate a weekly site report for the Managing Director.
11. Liaise with Building Control to obtain final completion certificates.
12. Ensure NHBC portal purchaser data is updated weekly.
13. Register new sites with health and safety consultants to obtain F10, PCI, CPP and initiate safety inspections.
14. Record department attendance and holiday requests.
15. Liaise with various housing associations and management companies for seamless plot handovers.
16. Liaise with the NHBC/Premier Guarantee for warranty updates.
17. Produce and print New Home Owner Packs for customers.
18. Liaise with solicitors for handing in units.
19. Book and track departmental staff training.
20. Collate and send out any stationery needed by the Site Managers.
21. Raise invoices to accounts.
22. Manage and distribute company PPE.
23. Occasional ad hoc tasks for the Construction Director and receptionist coverage may arise as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have worked for a construction company or housebuilder.
