As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Exceeding store targets and delivering KPIs.
2. Assisting in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results.
3. Delivering a great experience for all customers while leading your team.
4. Continuing to develop personal sales techniques and assisting in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
5. Delivering high standards of visual merchandising.
6. Ensuring the sales floor is neat, clean, organized, and always reflects the correct visual image.
7. Commercially driving sales in a customer-focused sales environment.
8. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team.
9. Managing store P&L and costs.
