Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the Procurement department. Profile A successful Buyer should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
