Food & Beverage Production Sales Manager
* Annual Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus performance related bonus
* Location: Ipswich

We are working exclusively on a retained basis with Klipspringer who are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Production Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive their sales strategy. Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and implement the Food & Beverage Production sales strategy, including setting objectives, measurables, and ways of working.
* Review team performance regularly, reporting findings to the Sales & Marketing Director and implementing improvements.
* Manage resource planning and budgeting within the team.
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Lead and motivate team members daily to achieve department KPIs.
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance and discuss training or support needs.
* Provide hands-on support with sales opportunities, including face-to-face meetings, Teams calls, and phone calls.
* Collaborate with other managers to synergise and achieve company targets.
* Manage daily team huddles and day-to-day resourcing to ensure adequate sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading and coaching a sales team.
* Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and effectively reporting on performance.
* Strategic thinker with excellent planning skills at both departmental and business levels.
* Exceptional communication and team management skills, capable of maintaining professionalism under pressure.
* Experience in handling sales opportunities and interacting professionally with customers.
* Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
* Ability to quickly adapt to and become an ambassador for the company’s sales methodology.
