This is an exciting opportunity to help us ensure that everyone in Swanley can access our advice and support when needed. Within this interesting and varied role, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable clients to access our advice services. You will not be expected to give advice yourself but your role will be vital in making sure everyone, no matter how vulnerable, can access our advice in the most appropriate way. You will be giving assistance to anyone who comes to our advice centre in the Swanley town centre, by giving them information on how to access our advice. You will also be providing essential office administration support, to ensure our office and advice services run effectively.
