Marketing Executive Permanent Role Location Hybrid (Remote and Office Based) Location: Nottingham 1 day per week, otherwise home based Reporting to Head of Marketing Hours 37.5 hours per week Job Purpose Our client, a leader in the security & surveillance space is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the growing team, playing a pivotal role in delivering impactful marketing plans, activities and campaigns that align with business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with both of the business units to develop and implement marketing strategies while collaborating across teams, partners, and agencies to drive success. Principal Accountabilities Develop annual marketing plans, setting clear objectives, activities, and budgets. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and event channels. Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel/technology partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Provide partners with the marketing assets and support needed to promote our products and services. Contribute to the delivery of our content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Support the production of high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, articles, case studies, eBooks, and newsletters. Manage and optimise website content for SEO and maintain consistency with our brand voice and messaging. Ensure brand alignment of all marketing materials, content and channels. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans. Proven success in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong experience in event management, including planning, budget management, and post-event analysis. Proficiency in marketing software platforms such as MailChimp, GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and LinkedIn PPC. Experience in using Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite is desirable.
